Architected and built a data pipeline at Enercare that ingests weekly and daily source files from the Data Strategy & Analytics team, applies business rules, and loads them into a refined layer. Daily deltas are joined against the weekly batch to generate a daily call master list for an agentic voice bot (Bland), enabling outbound calls to 50,000+ customers each week.
Collaborated on building a customer data store ingesting batch and incremental loads from four sources — Clarify, Zuora, Salesforce, and Tailesne — into a raw layer, then standardized and validated the data through staging into a golden layer using ADF and stored procedures. Powers large-scale batch processing, reporting, analytics, and operational workloads across 6M+ customer records.
